It's the first Sunday after the first full moon after the March equinox...

What I learned is slightly different from Atomin: 1st Sunday after 1st Monday after vernal equinox, but it's not even that simple. The date involves attempts to reconcile the old lunar calendar with the modern solar calendar. Read the reference, and you'll wonder why it isn't always something simple, like the last Sunday in March.
The process is a bit complicated and would take a lot of space too explain. In short, it involves methods including the position of the moon, etc., not linked to a particualr date, but more like a season.
