Extrusive means its on the surface (on the ground). Intrusive means its below the earth's surface(in the ground) The first 3 are also volcanic rocks, a couple forming in the event of an eruption (obsidian and pumice). Basalt comes from cooled basaltic lava.

No. types of intrusive rocks are granite and extrusive is obsidian, basalt type stuff. Igneous rocks are volcanic.
