The answer is NOT seven. There are 5 oceans (Atlantic, Pacific, Indian, Southern and Arctic). There are many seas, including some that are called bays and gulfs. If you get a big map of the world, showing the oceans, you might be able to count all the seas. I'm sure you'll get at least 30.
