can you catch a cloud?

if you had a big glass bubble cut in half, put either half at the end of a cloud, and then closed the bubble together. would the cloud be captured and could you bring it down to earth for everyone to see.

No silly! Cause then what would all the angels stand on in heaven. No good question though I think if you did it like you say the pressure would be captive so it would probably remain in tact although in transporting the cloud from the sky down to earth the vapors in the cloud would succumb to higher levels of gravity wich may cause them to drop earthward and therefore dissipitate the cloud

A cloud is just precipitation. The same thing as fog here on the ground. If you put it a glass bubble, it would condense and turn back into liquid water.
