No, wait. Metamorphic means changed. You are running the words backwards. Sedimentary means sand settled and was never disturbed again so all the grains stuck together and made sandstone. So I guess the answer to your question is they have to be ground into sand, settled someplace in water, dried, and not disturbed for a long time. That would be answers b and c.

"b" This discribes the process of sedimentary rock formation best. "c" and "d" don't work as stand alone answers, although they might be considered as part of the process.
