okay so this may seem like a dumb and maye non-possible to answer;
but , listen, so haiti,chile, and many other has been involved with earthquakes!
and recently JAPAN!
im scared; supposedly alaska or hawaii is next on the chart to being hit by an earthquake!?
is it true, and if it will we be (florida, kissimme) be affected by it?

It's not a dumb question, you just need to learn more about it. Alaska has a lot of quakes, the Aloha state too, but Hawaii's are mostly because of volcanoes. But they won't affect you in the Sunshine State.



You mentioned Haiti, which had a 7.0 quake in Jan 2010. Did *IT* affect you? That would be a more likely scenario, but it didn't, unless you have a seismograph in your living room.



Florida is not seismically active. I'd be more worried about crime, traffic & hurricanes. (In that order)

Chile, Haiti, Japan are thousands of miles away. What will you do, when Turkey is hit by an earthquake. And by the way, you forgot Christchurch in New Zealand!

You can't really predict exactly when/where a tsunami will happen
